Workshop / Classes : Terms and Conditions

 

BOOKINGS:

Group workshops are booked via my website using Paypal or Bank Card, or by Bank Transfer, or via Paypal secure. When paying by bank transfer, it is essential to contact me beforehand by email, text or phone to ensure there is still a place available. Once payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email confirming the date/time and address of the workshop. I will normally email again, prior to the workshop date, with details of any materials required or special instructions.

 

MATERIALS:

Unless the workshop advertisement states differently, you should bring all the necessary materials and equipment with you. The materials list will be emailed approximately one week prior to the workshop. However, first-time attendees, who are also beginners, may pay an additional nominal amount to cover all materials for use on the day – this needs to be agreed with me in advance of the workshop date so I can ensure I have the stock that you need.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Please note that any bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the course start date cannot be refunded. Should you need to cancel your booking prior to 2 weeks before the start date, your refund will be subject to a one off £15.00 administration charge. This covers processing your initial reservation, processing your cancellation, and is inclusive of any card transaction fee deductions.  I will try my best to fill cancellations and transfer you to another workshop date, subject to group numbers and availability. You are welcome to offer your space to someone you know and pass on all the workshop information such as timings, directions etc., and notify me accordingly prior to the workshop date.

 

In the event of extremely adverse external conditions, or me being unwell, I reserve the right to cancel the class. Should this be necessary a full refund will be made.
